Shipping
We pack orders ourselves and dispatch on business days from the Netherlands with tracking through PostNL or DHL. Estimated delivery from order: Netherlands 3–5 business days; Belgium 4–6; other EU destinations 6–12; enabled non-EU European destinations 8–15 business days or more due to customs. Shipping is free from €100 in the Netherlands and €150 in other supported European countries. The current paid rate is shown at checkout.
For delivery outside the EU, the recipient may have to pay import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fees. These are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
Fourteen-day withdrawal period
As a consumer, you may tell us that you withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days starting the day after delivery. Use the electronic cancellation button, email us or use the model form below. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Pack the item carefully and return it to: Kajakstraat 3, 1826 DN Alkmaar, The Netherlands. You may arrange your own carrier. If you choose our MyParcel return label, we show its current price before you agree; exactly that amount is deducted from your refund. We pay the return cost for an incorrectly supplied, damaged or faulty item.
Refund and condition
We refund the purchase price and, when the whole order is withdrawn, the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery, using the original payment method. We do this no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, but may wait until the goods arrive or you provide proof of return. You may inspect and try an item as you would in a shop. We may deduct loss in value caused by further use. An exception applies only where the law permits it, for example an item made to your individual specification rather than merely selected in a standard size.
