I’m Jessica, founder of Nomadika, an online African grocery store based in Brussels, built from years spent between Europe and East Africa. My work in agriculture took me beyond boardrooms and into farms, markets, and small production spaces, where I discovered the depth, quality, and creativity behind African food products that rarely make it to global shelves.Nomadika was created to change that. We curate authentic African ingredients, snacks, and pantry staples from small-batch producers and emerging brands, making it easier to access high-quality African products in Europe. But beyond convenience, our mission is to give visibility to the makers behind the products and to build more direct, fair connections between producers and consumers.What drives me is proximity, bringing you closer to where things are grown, made, and transformed.
